Part of Hyundai’s major push into electrified vehicle segments is the gas-electric Santa Fe Hybrid, a powertrain introduced to this mid-size crossover two years ago. It’s sold alongside gas-only and plug-in hybrid models that are covered in their own buyer’s guide entries.

What’s New/Key Changes From Last Year

New this year is a 10.25-inch touchscreen that’s standard in all trims.

Available Trims

The Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid comes in a single Luxury trim level. It’s powered by a 1.6L turbo engine with an electric motor, a six-speed automatic transmission, and AWD.

Standard Features

Standard kit includes 19-inch wheels, LED headlights/taillights, rain-sensing wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated/ventilated/power-adjustable front seats with leg cushion extension, leatherette upholstery, and heated rear seats. You also get wireless phone charging, dual-zone A/C, a heated steering wheel, a digital gauge cluster, passive keyless entry, panoramic roof, and a hands-free tailgate.
